Eric Sieczka, Chairman, President/CEO
Successful entrepreneur, technologist, and business leader. Most recently he was the President/CEO and co-founder of Pixel Velocity, an investor-backed technology business and Epsilon’s former parent. Prior to Pixel, he was the VP Operations for EOTech, where he helped orchestrate its acquisition by L-3 Communications for $49M. He has 8 patents and holds a BSEE from Kettering Institute and an MBA from University of Michigan.
Ed Clarke, Vice President, CFO and Corporate Secretary
Over the past 20 years, Mr. Clarke has served as the CFO for three, high technology, middle market, privately-owned companies with responsibilities in accounting and finance, as well as human resources, information technology, operations and contracts. Prior to Epsilon Imaging, Mr. Clarke’s focus was investing in early stage companies and occasionally serving as CFO to assist in corporate growth. He began his career as a consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co. working on information systems and internal control projects. He then worked in a controllership capacity for several multi-national manufacturing, distribution and software companies. In addition to being a CPA, Mr. Clarke earned degrees in Engineering from Harvard and Stanford. He also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
